It’s refreshing and calming, with no alcohol so no drying or irritation. Does anyone else come across an amazing product, only to find the 3rd ingredient is alcohol? It’s the worst.
Anyway, with a strong concentration of witch hazel, this toner further acts to reduce pore size and skin texture, which I have personally seen positive results with.
